Gt impax s bonded rubber system uses clean shredded rubber from recycled tires to create a useful and environmentally responsible safety surfacing. It is poured onsite in a single layer system achieving a natural appearance for your outdoor facility. Play it bonded rubber mulch surfaces are constructed from a single layer of organically pigmented recycled sbr rubber mulch and a liquid binder. This product consists of larger rubber pieces 2 3 inches and is also mixed with a urethane binder.

Bonded rubber is poured on site like poured rubber but consists of shredded as opposed to granular rubber pieces. It provides the same seamless surface and can be used in similar applications as poured rubber. The characteristics of bonded rubber allow for piling and sloping helping to create a natural setting with your play equipment or walking trail. More affordable than traditional poured in place surfaces.

Each play it bonded rubber mulch surface is troweled out on site for a safe and even surface. Iplay bonded rubber is a viable alternative to iplay s poured in place rubber having just one layer instead of two. It provides the same highly accessible one piece surface but utilizes larger pieces than poured rubber. While color mixes are offered inlaid patterns are not possible due to the larger pieces of rubber used.
